With a business degree from UNEA and a certificate in Organizational Development from CETYS, Oyuki Gallegos brings a wealth of expertise in business management, team leadership, and operational excellence to Bloom Partners. Her accomplishments include winning the prestigious CENEBAL award for outstanding performance in business, a testament to her dedication and results-driven approach.

Over the years, Oyuki has managed, hired, and trained hundreds of employees, making her an expert in building high-performing teams that drive growth and efficiency. At Bloom Partners, she plays a key role in optimizing clients’ financial systems, creating scalable structures, and ensuring that agency owners have the tools and strategies needed to achieve their goals. She is particularly skilled at simplifying complex operations and empowering leadership teams to focus on what matters most: profitability and growth.

Outside of work, Oyuki is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner who brings the same focus and discipline to the mats as she does to her clients’ success. She’s also a passionate dog lover who enjoys spending time with her four-legged friends.

Alan Stewart

Alan Stewart brings over 30 years of expertise in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy to his role at Bloom Partners. With a career that includes overseeing more than $500 million in mergers and acquisitions and taking SoundThinking, Inc. (formerly ShotSpotter) public on the NASDAQ in 2017, Alan’s strategic insight has been instrumental in helping businesses scale and maximize their value.

At Bloom, Alan specializes in helping agency owners prepare their businesses for high-value exits. Acting as a financial strategist and advisor, he works with clients to analyze their financials, create detailed profit-driven strategies, and position their agencies for successful mergers, acquisitions, or sales. Alan’s experience ensures that clients maximize the value of their businesses while navigating the complexities of the sale process with clarity and confidence.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their financial goals, Alan enjoys mentoring emerging leaders and spending time with his family.

Chris Martinez

Chris’s unique journey fuels his passion for helping others succeed. Born to a Chinese mother and a Mexican father, he learned early on how to navigate adversity and turn obstacles into opportunities. After losing his father to pancreatic cancer in 2007, Chris experienced dark years but found his way back through counseling, mentorship, and a commitment to giving back. This resilience is at the heart of his work with agency owners, as he helps them tackle their toughest challenges and build thriving, sustainable businesses.

He also hosts the popular podcast Operation Agency Freedom, where he shares real-world insights and stories to inspire entrepreneurs.

When Chris isn’t helping agencies scale, you’ll find him playing soccer, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, traveling with his wife, or spending time with his dogs.

Arad Lesso

Senior Data Analyst

Arad Lesso is the numbers expert every agency owner needs. As Senior Data Analyst at Bloom Partners, he helps marketing agencies cut through the noise, uncover the truth in their numbers, and make smart, data-driven decisions that drive real growth. With a background in computer engineering, data analytics, and operations support, Arad is the go-to problem solver for agency owners struggling to make sense of their financials, client data, and operational bottlenecks.

At Bloom, Arad specializes in extracting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to improve agency performance. He builds automated reporting systems, identifies financial inefficiencies, and provides clear, actionable insights that help agency owners boost profits, reduce churn, and streamline operations. Before joining Bloom, Arad worked as a Senior CX Representative at DUDE and later as an Operations Coordinator at Uber, where he played a key role in scaling Uber Moto’s growth in 22 cities across Mexico. His ability to connect customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial strategy makes him a powerful resource for agency owners looking to maximize their success.

A hands-on problem solver, Arad thrives on fixing inefficiencies and building smarter systems. When he’s not crunching numbers, he’s a passionate DIY enthusiast who loves learning new skills and tackling new challenges—just like the agency owners he works with.
